Day Eight in Granada

Day Eight in Granada

-Woke up early to go to class at 8:30

-I went to class and the teacher never showed up so class was cancelled! Whoo!!

-Me and a new friend went to a café to have coffee and pastries which was nice because I had wanted to get to know her! Her name is McKenna and she goes to school in Texas

-After breakfast I went back to the apartment and slept more

-Julia and I relaxed for a while before going out for coffee with a friend

-We also went to H&M to look for a couple basic things. I got a little black dress and dark grey maxi skirt, both were good deals

-We went home for lunch and decided to meet up later

-We had a suuuuper delicious lunch of cooked vegetables from Inmaculada’s friends garden

- After lunch we hung around for a while until we went on a hike up to the Albaicin. We didn’t even expect the beautiful view we got of the Alhambra, it was incredible! 

-We took tons of photos and spent a lot of time admiring the view before we hiked back down and stopped at a small restaurant on the hill and had some horchata, again while enjoying the view

-There is an incredible amount of cats and dogs here!

-We walked back to the house and pet a very cute, friendly little dog stinking its head through the fence

-We had dinner back at the house, it was a very good soup

-I worked on photos, skyped my parents, and went to bed
